We aim to provide you with an enjoyable and satisfactory shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. If this happens, we’ve simplified the return/exchange process to make it easier for you. Please carefully read the following guidelines:

Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date you receive your items. Please do not send the return items back to the address on the package you received. Instead, contact our customer service at lizifstyle@outlook.com to get the correct return address for your order.
Eligible Items for Return:
1.Items with a manufacturing defect (such as material or craftsmanship issues).
2.Items that were damaged during transit.
3.Incorrect items received.
The returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with the original packaging and tags still attached. We cannot accept returns for garments that appear worn, washed, or altered.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
1.Minor imperfections such as loose threads, raw edges, fabric thickness, or color differences due to display variations.
2.Returns due to personal dissatisfaction with styles, colors, or changes in preferences.
3.Damages caused by use, washing, improper maintenance, self-repair, modifications, or other human factors.
4.Sizing issues: Please refer to our sizing chart when making your purchase. Our service team can provide guidance, but sizing issues are not considered quality defects and are not eligible for returns.
5.Design or style differences: Slight variations may occur between items of the same size. Please refer to the actual measurements when making your decision.
Important Note: Lizif is not responsible for failed delivery attempts caused by customer negligence, such as failure to confirm shipments, or providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information (address, contact number, or name). In these cases, we are unable to offer a refund. If you notice any mistakes in your order details, please contact us immediately at lizifstle@outlook.com for assistance.
How to Make a Return
Step 1: Initiate Your Return or Exchange
To begin the return or exchange process, please email us at lizifstyle@outlook.com with the following information:
1.The name of the item(s) you wish to return
2.Your order number
3.The reason for the return
4.A photo of the item in its current condition
Step 2: Ship Your Product Back
Once your return request is approved and we provide you with the correct return address, please return the item within 7 days. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to confirm delivery. Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Step 3: Refund or Exchange
After receiving your return, we will inspect the item within 3-5 business days and process a refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible.
Important Notes:
1.Contact us first before returning any product to initiate the return/exchange process.
2.Direct returns to the delivery address or local post office without prior contact will not be accepted.
3.We only process refunds/exchanges for items that are eligible under our Return/Exchange Policy.
